This is called wolf hunger and it is very difficult to control it with an empty stomach. But we will advise you which foods will fill you and wolf hunger will be a thing of the past.
1. Eggs
The dishes you indulged in during the day are probably to blame. In the pursuit of a lean figure and a healthy lifestyle, many people choose foods that benefit the body but cannot properly satisfy it.
